Program structure and seminars schedule
All our packages cover EWAT program’s tuition, textbooks, and course materials. The program is organized in the form of five (5) required seminars for a total of 20 hours, including three (3) keynote speaker meetings. The seminar schedule will be released to registered students one week prior to their arrival. Your learning will take place in the conference room at the hotel of your stay, which is a meeting room space designed to encourage creativity, innovation, and productivity. In fact, with a view of Dubai’s Museum of the Future, you will study in an environment that promotes determination and success.
Accommodations, activities and transportation
Our Golden Training Package includes a one-week all-inclusive stay at a 5-star hotel, and transportation around the city is provided in a luxurious Rolls Royce [Airport – Hotel / Hotel – Airport]. The stay includes a private superior room with VIP treatment, as well as two (2) coffee breaks and one (1) international buffet lunch per day. Students can also upgrade their experience by opting for the VIP Experience Package, which offers a series of daily breathtaking activities, as well as a longer stay [Ten days instead of seven] to live an unforgettable experience. The activities schedule will be released to registered students one week prior to their arrival.
Package pricing and payment processing
All our packages have been carefully priced to match the luxurious and unique experience that we are willing to provide to our students. We also offer you the option to pay for your package in monthly or weekly installments, while we cover both the financing and payment processing fees. Indeed, we rely on a well-established, globally recognized payment processing infrastructure, which means that your payments are secure and safe. That said, we accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, China UnionPay, and American Express. International wire-transfers and digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and WeChat Pay are also among the payment methods that we accept.
Safety practices and Covid-19 protocol
Our number one priority is your health, safety, and well-being. That’s why we closely monitor developments around the world and stay in contact with relevant authorities for country-specific requirements to ensure the actions we take are comprehensive and suitable. However, you should review your travel plans and plan accordingly based on the requirements of your destination. Your travel destination may be subject to state or local laws that require isolation or quarantine upon entry, or other mandates such as wearing a face covering in public spaces, vaccine mandates, or additional Covid-19 testing requirements. It’s your sole responsibility to ensure that you review any requirements prior to travel.
Extenuating circumstances and cancellation policy
Our venue has limited seating, and many of our classes sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 45 days before your scheduled arrival. This will allow us to offer your spot to another student. You may call us or email us to request cancellation. Please note that we do not offer refunds. However, if you give us at least 45 days' notice of your need to cancel, we will credit your payment toward another intake or edition. If you do not cancel with at least 45 days' notice, you will lose any payments you have already made. In the case of an extenuating event, we will also do our very best to reschedule your package for another intake or edition that is convenient for you.
